Hell on Wheels Rodeo and Chuck Wagon Dinner | 5:30 p.m. | Laramie County Fairgrounds | $30+ | Hell on Wheels closes out the season Friday night with the series finals. Start with the chuck wagon dinner at 5:30 p.m., then stick around for the 7:00 p.m. rodeo as riders make one last run through the arena to wrap up the summer series.
Painting & Pints Pick Your Project Workshop | 6:00 p.m. | Board & Brush Cheyenne, 1719 Pioneer Ave | $73 | Pick a project from the gallery, choose your paint and stain colors, and spend Friday night making a custom wood sign or home dƩcor piece with step-by-step help along the way.

Girlsā Day Out: End-of-Summer Edition | 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. | Cheyenne Depot, 121 W 15th St | Free to Attend | Grab your friends for one last summer outing with boutiques, makers, artisans, coffee, cocktails, beauty experiences, wellness activities, and live music. Free Yoga & Pilates classes will run throughout the day on Depot Plaza, and the first 100 attendees will receive a complimentary Girlsā Day Out goody bag.
Exhibition Opening: A Prescription for History: The Life and Legacy of Jim Gatchell | 10:00 a.m. | Wyoming State Capitol, 200 W 24th St | Free to Attend | The Wyoming State Museum and Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum open a new exhibit exploring the life and legacy of Buffalo pharmacist Jim Gatchell, with artifacts, artwork, photographs and remarks from Gov. Mark Gordon and museum leaders.

Mardi Gras Gone Wrong: A Murder Mystery Fundraiser | 5:30 p.m. | LCCC, 1400 E College Dr | $50+ | Dress up, grab a clue and step into an interactive Mardi Gras-themed murder mystery benefiting The Arc of Laramie County. The night includes appetizers, a Cajun-inspired dinner and, of course, suspects to keep an eye on.
