Friday, take a look inside some of Cheyenne’s newest homes as the 2026 Parade of Homes kicks off, then make the rounds at Second Friday Artwalk or grab a beer at Black Tooth while Jessi Laine plays. Start Saturday with the Cheyenne Farmers Market, then check out the Cheyenne Studio Tour for a behind-the-scenes look at local artists and their workspaces. Downtown, the CHISPA Festival brings live music, food, and dancing to Depot Plaza, while Ride With a Ranger at Curt Gowdy is a fun way to get some sunshine in! Saturday night, Quinlan Valdez is at Blue Raven and Wooster and Allen are at Black Tooth. Sunday, squeeze in one last Parade of Homes stop, then finish the weekend with Moms Unhinged at the Historic Atlas Theatre. Have a great weekend and see you out there!

2026 Cheyenne Parade of Homes (Also Sat & Sun) | 3:00 p.m. | Multiple Locations Around Cheyenne | Free to Attend | Tour new homes from local builders, see the latest ideas in design and construction, and get an up-close look at what’s happening in homebuilding around Southeast Wyoming.

September Second Friday Artwalk | 5:00 p.m. | Cheyenne Civic Center, 510 W 20th St | Free to Attend | Spend Friday evening checking out local art, live music, and featured work at the Civic Center, then use it as a starting point for other Artwalk stops around downtown.

Live Music: Jessi Laine | 6:00 p.m. | Black Tooth Brewery, 520 W 19th St | Free to Attend | Jessi Laine takes over the taproom for a Friday evening set of live music.

Tacos, Non-Profits & Tequila | 6:00 p.m. | Railspur | Free to Attend | Tacos, tequila, and a good cause come together at Railspur, with a portion of proceeds benefiting CHISPA.

Live Music: Larry and the Pour Boys | 8:00 p.m. | Alf’s Pub and Package | Free to Attend | Larry and the Pour Boys bring the full band to Alf’s for a Friday night set.

Tamale Fun Run or Walk | 8:30 a.m. | Depot Plaza | $10 Adults / $5 Youth | Kick off CHISPA Festival day with a one-mile run or walk around downtown, then stick around for tamales, cash prizes, and costume contest.

Harvest Festival | 10:00 a.m. | Laramie County Library, 2200 Pioneer Ave | Free to Attend | The library’s sixth annual Harvest Festival brings a couple hours of fall-themed games, crafts, treats, and family-friendly fun.

Cheyenne Studio Tour | 10:00 a.m. | Multiple Locations Around Cheyenne & Laramie County | Free to Attend | Go behind the scenes with local artists during this free, self-guided studio tour featuring demonstrations, creative spaces, and work ranging from painting and jewelry to sculpture, fiber, music, and more.

Heroes Fall Extravaganza | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. | Cheyenne Ice & Events Center, 1530 W Lincolnway | Free to Attend | Shop from 90+ local artists and makers, browse fall décor and handmade goods, and get a head start on holiday shopping during this one-day fall market.

Ride With a Ranger | 10:00 a.m. | Curt Gowdy State Park, 1264 Granite Springs Rd | Regular Day-Use Fees Apply | Join Curt Gowdy’s law enforcement rangers for a guided mountain bike ride through the park. Routes will be split by skill level, so both newer riders and more experienced cyclists can join in. Registration is required and space is limited.

Candy Jar Pumpkin Zentangle | 10:30 a.m. | Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, 710 S Lions Park Dr | $26.50 | Get a little fall decorating done early with this hands-on Zentangle workshop, where you’ll decorate a glass pumpkin that can double as a candy jar.

Free Community Baby Shower | 11:00 a.m. |Storey Gym, 2811 House Ave | Free to Attend | Expectant parents and families with newborns can stop by for food, door prizes, raffles and connections with nearly 20 local organizations offering resources for pregnancy, babies, and new parents.

CHISPA Festival 2026 | 11:00 a.m. | Depot Plaza, 121 W 15th St | Free to Attend | Spend the day celebrating Hispanic and Latino culture with live music, folklĂłrico dancing, food, vendors, cultural displays, and family activities.

68th Annual Gala | 5:00 p.m. | Little America Hotel & Resort, 2800 W Lincolnway | $125 | The Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra kicks off its 2026–27 season with a 007-themed gala featuring a champagne reception, three-course dinner, live entertainment, and silent & live auctions.
