☘️ Coming Soon: Celebrate St. Patrick’s season with this culinary experience, Contemporary Irish: Live Cooking Show! Chef Juan teams up with guest chef Petrina, known for appearances on Beat Bobby Flay and Yes, Chef!, for an interactive evening exploring contemporary Irish cuisine. From theater-style seating, guests will watch the chefs prepare each course live while sharing stories and techniques behind the dishes. The tasting menu features creative takes on Irish flavors, including a pearl barley salad with beetroot and fennel, a savory cabbage roll with potato farl and marrow gravy, and a special dessert crafted by Chef Petrina.
